At Junior Delights International, we take product quality seriously. Please read our refund policy carefully before placing an order.

1. Expired Products

If you receive a product that is expired at the time of delivery, you are eligible for a refund or replacement.

To request a refund or replacement for an expired product:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of receiving the order
  • Provide clear photos showing the expiry date and the product packaging
  • Share your order number for verification

Once verified, we will process a refund or send a replacement at no additional cost.

2. Non-Expired Products

We do not offer refunds or replacements for products that are not expired.

This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Change of mind
  • Taste or personal preference
  • Incorrect product selection by the customer
  • Minor packaging variations that do not affect product quality

3. Damaged or Tampered Packages

If your package arrives damaged or visibly tampered with, please do not consume the product. Contact us immediately with photos of the package before opening.

We will review the case and assist you accordingly.

4. International Orders

For international orders, customers are responsible for understanding local import regulations. Refunds will not be provided for delays, customs holds, or rejections unless the product is confirmed expired.

5. Refund Processing

Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.
